Alfa Services USA's robust delivery model allows us to provide our clients with project-based solutions. Our paradigm for supporting projects is simple; we work closely with our clients to understand resource requirements to achieve delivery, then build highly proficient delivery teams to produce deliverables on-time and within budget. In most cases, Alfa Services USA will provide complete Project Management and oversight of deliverables.

Client Managed: We build project delivery teams, engaged using a statement-of-work, where the project is managed by the client. Essentially we build a high-quality delivery team and due to the scope or size of the project, will provide the client with a cost-advantage. On these engagements we work very closely with the client in sourcing a delivery team and often deliver talent with very deep subject-matter technical and business expertise. An example of this is the deployment of a 10-person project delivery team with expertise in Claims
Alfa Services USA Managed: We build project delivery teams, with fixed-scope deliverables. In many cases, Alfa Services will seek out and sub-contract with niche technology experts and provide a joint solution where Alfa Services provides project management and oversight, and co-delivers the delivery with a business partner. An example of this is the implementation of a Business Intelligence product where Alfa Services would deploy a team of Business Analysts while partnering with a niche vendor with heavy and specific implementation expertise with a BI tool.
